Andrey Belle 
In 1983 graduated from the Leningrad Art-Industrial School.
Since 1985 - active participient of the Leningrad-St-Petersburg art life.
In 2007 Andrey Bell has been awarded by President of Russian Federation with
"The Country Distinguished Service Order II Medal" for his merits in the culture and art sphere.
Belle has taken part more than in 100 exhibitions in Russia and abroad.
